Team Notes
* TCU's attendance of 6,715 was the third largest crowd ever in Schollmaier Arena.
* TCU has won eight of its last nine games.
* TCU improved to 70-37 all-time in season openers and have won 16 of the last 18.
* TCU improved to 2-3 all-time against ULM.
* TCU improved to 23-5 when outrebounding its opponent after outboarding ULM 40-35. Jamie Dixon improved to 287-53 when outrebounding the other team.
* TCU continues a stretch where it plays three games in five days when it hosts Tennessee Tech Monday at 8 p.m.
Individual Notes
* After leading the Big 12 with 19 double-doubles last season, junior guard Kenrich Williams had 13 points and 14 rebounds to go with seven assists for his first double-double of the season. It was Williams' sixth-straight double-double dating back to last season when he had a double-double in each of the five NIT games to end the season.
* Ahmed Homdy, RJ Nembhard, Kouat Noi and Shawn Olden made their TCU debuts, each coming off the bench. Noi, a redshirt freshman from Australia, scored 12 points and had eight rebounds in 22 minutes.
* Senior forward Vladimir Brodziansky led the team in points with 16. It was the 22nd time in his career he led the team in scoring.
* Sophomore guard Desmond Bane scored 12 points and was 2-of-3 from 3-point range. It was his sixth-straight game with a made 3-pointer dating back to last season.
