Barjon Garners Conference Honor

FORT WORTH, Texas — TCU's Paul Barjon was named the Big 12 Conference Golfer of the Month, the conference announced Wednesday, for his two top-5 finishes at the Southern Highlands Intercollegiate and Kingsmill Intercollegiate in March.
The senior from Noumea Cedex, New Caldonia, fired back-to-back 66s en route to 7-under-par tally to win the Kingsmill Intercollegiate for his second victory of the season in late March. In his first tournament in March, he carded an even-par 216 at the Southern Highlands Intercollegiate in Las Vegas and finished in a tie for fifth.
In the month of March, Barjon fired five rounds of even-par or better for a stroke average of 69.83.
TCU freshman golfer Brooke Graebe was also named the Big 12 Golfer of the Month, giving the Horned Frogs their first-ever sweep of the monthly award.
