Team Records, Game Notables and Series Information
• TCU improves to 17-14 on the season and finished Big 12 Conference play with an 8-10 record. UTRGV ends the season with a 19-14 record, finishing 9-5 in the WAC.
• TCU is now 12-1 all-time against UTRGV, having won the last four games.
• This was the first-ever postseason meeting between TCU and UTRGV.

• TCU is making its fifth appearance in the Postseason Women's NIT.

• In her second year at TCU, head coach Raegan Pebley is now 35-26 as the leader of the Horned Frogs. She is now 191-203 in 13 seasons as a head coach.

• Pebley is now 2-0 against UTRGV as the TCU head coach.
• Pebley is making her fourth career appearance in the Postseason Women's NIT and second consecutive.
