Opening Statement
"You never know how you are going to play coming out of finals. It was great. The main thing is that we were unselfish. It stayed even when we got a big lead. We just kept passing and finding the open guy. We saw it in practice, a little bit of ball movement, but I think it was more of a result of spacing and we carried it over to the game today. We talked about this team being ranked No. 58 or No. 59 in the RPI today and obviously we are at the end of their LSU trip where they drove all day and it is almost criminal what they are doing as far as schedule. They will win their league and I would say they are pretty much the favorite no question about it. They are a good and obviously we got them on back-to-back days which is about as tough as you can do.
"A lot of good thing happened today. A lot of good production from guys and just again, unselfish. We guarded the three which we wanted to do, we rebounded but we have to guard the dribble a little bit better. That is probably the thing that stood out. There were too many fouls and too much penetration from them. Granted they are very small and quick attacking guards."
On the team offensively
"It is not that we shot it great, but we realized early we could get layups or jump shots after the first couple of minutes. We took a lot of jump shots early, made some, got a lead but then we realized we could get layups. As they wore down, we just kept going and attacking and I thought that was good and we got to the foul line some. Spacing was good, penetration was good and the point guards played limited minutes but we got nine assists out of them. It was good to get everybody minutes. Austin (Sottile) scored and Dalton (Dry) was doing some good things. It was good for everybody."
