Barjon Leads TCU on Day Two in Hawaii

WAIKOLOA, Hawaii - The TCU men's golf team enjoyed another strong round on the second day of action at the Amer Ari Invitational on Friday, posting a 6-under 282 to move into ninth spot entering the final round of action.
The Horned Frogs were 6-under for the second-straight day, tying for their second-lowest round of the 2014-15 season. TCU sits just seven strokes out of fifth place in a field that features nine teams ranked in the top 25.
Junior Paul Barjon led TCU in the second round with a 5-under 67, matching the second-lowest round of his career. Barjon registered a flawless round with five birdies and enters Saturday's final round in a tie for seventh spot.
Senior Julien Brun followed up an opening round of even par with a 2-under 70, hitting five birdies in a span of 10 holes.
Sophomore Giulio Castagnara registered a 1-under 71 to match the third-lowest round of his career, while Chelso Barrett posted a 2-over 74 to remain in the top 25 individually. Senior Andrew Presley also tallied a 2-over 74 to round out the scoring for the Frogs.
