- TCU dropped to 10-20 overall this season and 1-14 in Mountain West Conference play.
- The Frogs finished with an 8-8 mark at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum this season.
- TCU received a season-high 36 points from its bench. Its previous high was 35 scored in the season-opening win over Jackson State.
- Cerina scored in double figures for the sixth time this season with a season-high 17 points. He also added a team-best nine rebounds. He is averaging 10.0 boards per game over the last two contests following a career-high 11 Tuesday at Utah.
- Hank Thorns matched a career high with 12 assists. It marked his eighth outing this season with double figures in helpers. The total leads the MWC and ranks tied for second nationally.
- Thorns moved past teammate Ronnie Moss' 2009-10 total of 189 assists into fourth place on the Frogs single-season helpers chart. Thorns now has 199 and is only one assist shy of Prince Fowler (200; 1997-98) for the No. 3 spot.
- Amric Fields scored 17 points, his fifth game in double figures and his most points since he scored 19 Jan. 15 at Colorado State.
- Greg Hill posted his seventh double-figure scoring performance of the season with 10 points.
- Prior to the contest, TCU honored the careers of a pair of Frog seniors who were playing their final home games in forward Nikola Gacesa and guard Greg Hill.
