NCAA Tennis Selection Show to Air Today on ESPNEWS

FORT WORTH, Texas - Selections for the 2010 NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Tennis Championships will be announced Tuesday afternoon during a segment scheduled for 4:00 p.m. CT on ESPNews. The program will feature the unveiling of both men's and women's team brackets, while individuals selected to compete in the NCAA singles and doubles competitions will be released Wednesday afternoon.
Both squads secured trips into the NCAA Team Championships after sweeping MWC tournament titles last weekend in Las Vegas, Nev. The Frogs’ men had to pass through the top two seeds in the bracket, while TCU’s women knocked out the tournament host UNLV in the semifinals.
ESPNEWS is available to cable TV subscribers in the Fort Worth area on Charter cable channel 284 and Time Warner cable channel 176. Satellite TV subscribers can view ESPNews on DirecTV Channel 207 and Dish Network Channel 142. In addition, the ESPNews audio signal is available on the ESPNews channel on XM Radio and SIRIUS Radio.
The team brackets will be posted on the NCAA Web sites (www.NCAA.com and www.NCAA.org) 30 minutes after the completion of the selection show, Tuesday, May 4. The list of individuals selected to the singles and doubles championships will be posted on both Web sites no later than 6 p.m. Eastern time, Wednesday, May 5.
