- TCU improved to 3-1 for the first time since 2007-08, when the squad started 4-0.
- TCU utilized a different starting lineup for the first time this season, with senior forward Nikola Gacesa and junior guard J.R. Cadot earning their first TCU starts.
- Sammy Yeager set a career high with 19 points, topping his previous best of 17 points scored during the No. 16 home win over SMU.
- Hank Thorns reached the 10-assist mark for the third time in TCU's opening four contests. He also recorded his second career double-double, and the second in his last three games.
- Ronnie Moss scored 16 points, marking his eighth straight contest with 14 or more points dating back to last season.
- TCU shot 54.2 percent in the second half after making only 39.1 percent of its shots in Saturday's loss to Rider.
- J.R. Cadot's career-high five steals marked the most by a TCU player since Zvonko Buljan recorded five against Air Force on Feb. 18, 2009. Cadot also set a personal best with a team-best eight rebounds.
