FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU women's swimming and diving team picked up a Mountain West Conference win over San Diego State, as well as a non-league win against Centenary College, while the men's squad also defeated the Gents Saturday at the University Recreation Center. The women's squad defeated the Aztecs, 85-55, and Centenary, 80-51, as the men topped their opponent 82-48.
"Our men are getting better with every meet," said TCU head coach Richard Sybesma. I feel like they'll be there by the end of the season. Our women's team is strong and they did a good job today."
For the women, TCU (6-3-1, 3-3-1 MWC) won 14 of the 16 events, including both the 200-medley and 400-free relays.
