CANCUN, Mexico (AP) - Mickel Picco scored 23 points and Boston College started the game with a 20-0 run to beat No. 22 TCU 77-68 on Thursday in the Caribbean Challenge.

Stephanie Murphy added 21 points and 11 rebounds for the Eagles (4-1).

Rachel Rentschler scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Horned Frogs (5-1). Helena Sverrisdottir and TK LaFleur each added 15 points.

TCU will play Eastern Michigan and Boston College will face James Madison on Friday.
