The 31-point margin of victory was the largest for the Lady Frogs since a 74-43 win over North Dakota State on Feb. 22, 2005, a span of 29 games.
Five Frogs reached double figures for the first time this season.
TCU had 37 free-throw attempts compared to just 12 for San Diego State. TCU has made at least 20 free throws in each of the last three games.
TCU picked up its second straight win for the first time since a four-game winning streak in mid-January.
The 49 San Diego State points were the fewest by a TCU opponent since the Frogs' 60-41 victory over Louisville in the Conference USA Tournament last March.
The TCU bench outscored the San Diego State bench 39-11.
With 12 points, Jenna Lohse reached double figures for the second straight game and the fourth time in the past five games.
San Diego area native Marissa Rivera (10 points) reached double figures for the first time in her career.
Vanessa Clementino matched a season high with 15 points.
