ORLANDO, Fla. -- The TCU women's golf team is ranked 48th nationally by Golfweek.

Earlier this month, the Frogs posted a 21-stroke victory at Kansas State's Marilynn Smith/Sunflower Invitational. TCU closes its fall season Oct. 31-Nov. 2 at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown.

The Frogs are one of six Mountain West Conference teams ranked in the top 90. UNLV is No. 13, followed by No. 16 New Mexico, No. 38 BYU, No. 66 Colorado State and No. 90 San Diego State. The league also features six of the top 73 individuals nationally.
