
TCU-UAB Game To Be Televised By ESPN

The TCU-UAB football game will be televised nationally by ESPN on Friday, October 15, bringing the total of national exposures for the Horned Frogs in 2004 to three, Athletics Director Eric Hyman announced today.
The Frogs and Blazers will play on Friday, October 15 with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m. Central time in Birmingham, Alabama. TCU will open the season on national television for the fourth consecutive year, hosting the Northwestern Wildcats out of the Big Ten Conference on Thursday, September 2 at Amon G. Carter Stadium. Game time is set for 8:30 p.m. The Horned Frogs will also have a nationally-televised contest at Louisville during the second week in November. The game date and time is still to be determined.
