Horned Frogs Ranked in Top 25 By Football Digest

The TCU Horned Frogs will be the 16th best collegiate football team in the nation in 2003, according to the pre-season predictions of Football Digest.
The July/August issue of Football Digest ranks the Horned Frogs No. 16 on their 2003 preseason College Preview Poll. The publication selects Oklahoma as the top team in the country. The Frogs are the only Conference USA team to make the pre-season top 25.
