Patterson Completes TCU Coaching Staff

The following is a list of the coaches and the positions they will coach at TCU.
Schultz and Anderson were on Dennis Franchione's staff at TCU. Schultz served as running backs coach in each of the last three seasons, helping tutor Doak Walker Award winner LaDainian Tomlinson, while Anderson was an offensive graduate assistant.
Dreisbach, one of the top defensive coordinators in the country, comes to TCU after spending four years in a similar capacity at Western Michigan. In addition to serving as the defensive coordinator, Driesbach will also coach the TCU safeties.
Lounsbury, a veteran in the coaching profession, comes to TCU from the University of Kentucky, where he coached the tight end ends. Lounsbury, who will tutor the TCU quarterbacks, spent one season on Hal Mumme's staff at Kentucky.
One of the more popular Horned Frog products, Sharp is in his second stint on the TCU coaching staff. Sharp, who will coach the tight ends and coordinate the TCU special teams, coached seven seasons at TCU (1991-97) before joining the staff at Tulsa in 1998.
A 25-year veteran of the college coaching ranks, Eddie Williamson comes to TCU from Wake Forest, where he served as the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach. Williamson will coach the offensive line at TCU.
One of the top recruiters in the state of Texas, David Bailiff will coach the defensive line at TCU. A former standout player at Southwest Texas, Bailiff served as the assistant head coach/defensive coordinator for the Bobcats. In 1999, Bailiff was selected by the American Football Coaches Association as the NCAA I-AA Assistant Coach of the Year.
One of the younger members of the Horned Frogs' new coaching staff is Willie Mack Garza. A former standout for the Texas Longhorns, Garza spent the previous four seasons as the defensive backs coach at Western Michigan under Gary Darnell. He went to WMU from the University of Texas, where he both played and coached for Darnell.
Also returning to TCU is linebackers coach Tommy Raye. The former Horned Frog assistant spent the 1993 and 1994 seasons at TCU, then left for Navy, where he coached with Patterson in the 1995 season.
