Erin Brown joined TCU Athletics in July 2017.

Since arriving in Fort Worth as an Assistant Director of Compliance, Brown has been promoted twice. She became Director of Compliance in June 2019 and then Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance in June 2022. She oversees transfer eligibility, transfer portal inquiries, continuing eligibility and several aspects of recruiting.

Brown's compliance career began as a graduate assistant at Illinois State. During her time at ISU, she was promoted to Director of Compliance. She also served as the Director of Football Operations for two seasons.

A former softball student manager for Oklahoma State and Ohio State, Brown was responsible for coordinating practice and game prep as well as maintaining inventory of equipment and apparel.

A Frisco, Texas, native, Brown earned her bachelor's degree in physical education from Oklahoma State and a master’s degree in sports management at Illinois State.
