Alex Yack

Alex Yack joined the TCU family in August 2025 and currently serves as Deputy Athletic Director for Development, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in athletic and academic fundraising to the role.
Yack leads TCU Frog Club's comprehensive fundraising efforts, overseeing major and annual giving, stewardship, and donor engagement programs in support of Horned Frog student-athletes.
Prior to coming to Forth Worth, he served as Senior Associate Athletics Director for Development at Boston College, where he led strategic fundraising initiatives to advance the university's athletics mission. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at Texas Tech University in senior development roles, including more than eight years with Texas Tech Athletics, where he built and led teams focused on annual giving and major gifts.
Yack also held a development position at the United States Air Force Academy. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi and holds a master's in sports administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
His wife, Jennifer, is a proud TCU alumna (Class of 2006) and the daughter of former TCU football letterwinner Alan Teichelman (Class of 1977). The couple has three children, Maisie, Maren and Court.
