Anthony Crespino came to TCU in December 2021 and is the football program's general manager.

Prior to his arrival in Fort Worth, Crespino also worked with Head Coach Sonny Dykes at SMU as his chief of staff for four seasons (2018-21).

Crespino spent two years (2016-17) as assistant director of football operations at Northwestern and two seasons (2014-15) at Texas State as the director of football operations and director of player personnel. It was his second stint with the Bobcats, having also served in San Marcos in 2012 as an assistant director of football operations and recruiting coordinator under former TCU Head Coach Dennis Franchione.

Prior to his return to Texas State, Crespino was the director of player development at Penn State in Spring 2014 and the director of operations at Western Michigan in 2013.

Crespino earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration in 2012 from Pittsburg State, where he served in various positions in the athletics department. He went on to earn a master's of leadership from Pitt in 2016.

Crespino is married to the former Joanna McEvoy.
