Aja Hogan serves as TCU's Coordinator of Football Recruiting and Operations, a role she assumed in June 2026.
In this role, Hogan works directly with both the player personnel and operations department, providing assistance and guidance with recruiting operations and team operations, ensuring a smooth experience for both potential and current Horned Frogs.
Prior to TCU, Hogan spent time with the football staffs at Colorado State - her alma mater - and Coastal Carolina in similar capacities. At CSU, Hogan was the Director of Recruiting Engagement and Administration where she was involved with recruiting planning as well as social media for the team's recruiting accounts. She also assisted with content creation.
Hogan began working in football as a student at Colorado State for three seasons (2022-24) while also earning internships with the school's social and digital media teams as well as with the Denver Nuggets.
She is a 2024 graduate of CSU with a degree in Journalism and Media Communication.
