Nelly Gonzalez joined the TCU football program in the spring of 2015 as the assistant director of football operations. Gonzalez assists in a myriad of administrative duties with an emphasis on recruiting as well as helping coordinate team travel.
Gonzalez came to TCU after spending a year as Operations Support Coordinator and Assistant to the Head Coach at Penn State.
Prior to her stint at Penn State, Gonzalez served three years as Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at Vanderbilt University.
A graduate of Auburn University, Gonzalez earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations and marketing.
While at her alma mater, Gonzalez worked three years with the football program. She was part of the recruiting/game day operations staff as well as assisting the director of football operations and recruiting coordinator.
