Colby Plott is in her second season as the equestrian program's graduate assistant.

Plott graduated from TCU in May of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a minor in English. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Environmental Science.

An alumnus of TCU equestrian, Plott was a two-time Academic All-Big 12 honoree during her riding career for the Horned Frogs. She closed out her senior season in 2015-16, competing in three meets in Horsemanship, including two conference meets. Plott, who was named to the prestigious La Hacienda Academic Honor Roll following her final year of competition, was a four-year letterman for the Purple and White and saw action in 24 meets during her four-year career.
