
SCALED TO SUCCEED PARTNERSHIPS
Scaled to Succeed is TCU’s comprehensive solution to Name, Image, and Likeness. The scaled to succeed partnership is a collaboration between the TCU’s Athletics Department and Neeley School of Business through the Athletics Student-Athlete Development Office, Athletics Digital Brand Strategy Department, and the Neeley School of Business Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

OPENDORSE
The Opendorse Ready program allows student-athletes to better understand their brand by offering social media assessments and step by step instructions on how to improve their social media marketability. The program also allows student-athletes the opportunity to build their brand by giving them access to TCU-produced content, and providing easy access to brand building education.
Opendorse Monitor is utilized by TCU Compliance and provides an avenue for student-athletes to disclose their NIL activities hassle free through the Opendorse app. Monitor offers a comprehensive place for student-athletes to house their NIL activities and assists compliance in ensuring student-athletes comply with all state and NCAA regulations.
Opendorse Deals is a safe and easy-to-use platform that student-athletes can access, allowing them to capitalize on NIL opportunities available through the program by simply opting-in to Deals.

NEELEY SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND INSTITUTE FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION
This program is a new initiative in partnership with TCU Athletics to assist all student athletes at TCU navigate the world of Name, Image and Likeness (NIL).
Through this program, athletes have the opportunity to receive NIL certifications through the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the TCU Neeley School of Business in business formation, opportunity recognition, validation, financial literacy, brand management, contract management, etc.
A network of professionals, faculty, mentors, and former athletes will bring a wealth of knowledge and insights, providing the best resources to our student athletes.
TCU ATHLETICS NIL WORKING GROUP - TCU’s Athletics NIL Working Group was formed to ensure the implementation of TCU’s core principles in supporting student-athletes in understanding, assessing, and capitalizing on NIL opportunities. The focus of this group is to track updates to NIL legislation at the NCAA, and federal and state levels, to create and oversee NIL institutional policies related to monitoring and education, as well as develop a comprehensive program to assist student-athletes in brand management.
