TCU Ticket Exchange
For season ticket holders who encounter a scheduling conflict, the TCU Athletics Ticket Exchange program is a way to ensure your tickets do not go unused and help us maintain a home field advantage on game day. The Ticket Exchange service allows you to exchange tickets to games that you are unable to attend.
How to Exchange a Ticket
Ensure your tickets do not go unused and help us maintain an energetic atmosphere on game day. Exchange tickets to games you are not able to attend with a simple, online process.
By accessing your online season ticket account, you can exchange your tickets to other games. Tickets are available immediately and can be downloaded into Apple Wallet or Google Pay on a mobile device.
- Log into your season ticket account at GoFrogs.com.
- If you already activated your account with TCU Athletics, login to your account with your account number and password.
- If you have not yet registered or activated your account with TCU Athletics, please do so by clicking on “Link Your Account” to activate your account with your customer number and PIN.
- Once you have signed into your account, click on the MY ACCOUNT tab.
- Click on the link to “Exchange” under the heading “My Tickets.”
- Next, choose the sport, game and ticket(s) you want to exchange.
- Select the game that you are wanting to attend, select the number of tickets you are exchanging then click “Find Seats”
- Review the new seats, possible price difference and select the Mobile delivery method in the drop down box then select “Next”
- Enter payment information (if applicable) and confirm exchange by selecting “Yes, Submit Exchange”
- Tickets will be sent directly to the email on file and will appear in your GoFrogs account.
Ability to add tickets through unused season tickets: Have the ability to take tickets from future games that you are unable to attend and exchange into tickets for games you are able to attend.

What is Ticket Exchange?
As a benefit to season ticket holders, fans may exchange their tickets to a game they cannot attend for a different game. Tickets are exchanged through a simple, online process within your TCU Athletics ticket account.
When can tickets be exchanged?
Season ticket holders must exchange their tickets at least one (1) hour prior to the start of the event you are unable to attend. Exchanges are not allowed after this time.
Is there a charge or price increase?
Depending on the game selected for exchange, there could be a price difference.
How many tickets can be exchanged?
There is no limit on the number of tickets allowed to exchange. However, you must exchange out and in the same quantity of tickets. For example, if you exchange out 2 tickets for the game you cannot attend, you must exchange in 2 tickets for the game you want to attend. Exchanging multiple tickets to get less tickets at a higher price is not allowed.
Never email, text, or post on social media photos of your tickets that include the barcode. Scammers can use those barcodes and re-sell YOUR tickets!
