Redeeming Vouchers / Choosing Your Games
Frog Flex Pass holders can customize their experience and exchange vouchers for the games of their choice via their account on: GoFrogs.com
Vouchers must be redeemed online no later than noon on game-day.
Ticket Delivery:
Upon completed exchange, tickets will be automatically delivered digitally via email. Please download tickets onto your mobile phone prior to arriving at the game.

If something comes up and I cannot attend a game I had previously selected tickets for, can I get back my vouchers?
You may contact the TCU Athletics Ticket Office to request a change to your selection no later than 24 hours prior to the selected event.
How will I receive my tickets?
Upon completed exchange, tickets will be automatically delivered digitally via email. Please download tickets onto your mobile phone prior to arriving at the game. For more information, click here.
Will I get a refund if I have unused vouchers at the end of the season?
No, you will not be eligible for a refund if you do not use your full allotment of vouchers prior to the end of the season. Vouchers are only valid for the current purchased season.
Can I resell these tickets if I cannot attend?
No, Frog Flex Passes are not eligible for resale, however you do have the option to transfer tickets to family and friends, for more information click here.
