For season ticket holders who encounter scheduling conflicts, the TCU Athletics Ticket Transfer program is a way to ensure your tickets do not go unused and help us maintain a home field advantage on gameday. The Ticket Transfer service allows you to share your tickets with friends or family.
How to Transfer a Ticket
Ensure your tickets do not go unused and help us maintain an energetic atmosphere on game day. Transfer tickets to family and friends with a simple, online process, and eliminate the need to handoff tickets or stand in will-call lines.
By accessing your online season ticket account, you can transfer your tickets to a friend, and the recipient receives a text upon a successful transfer. Tickets are available immediately and can be downloaded into Apple Wallet or Google Pay on a mobile device.
- Log in to your season ticket account at GoFrogs.com.
- If you have already activated your account with TCU Athletics, login to your account with your customer e-mail or account number and password. If you have not yet registered or activated your account with TCU Athletics, please do so by clicking on the appropriate options to activate your account with your customer number and PIN.
- Once you have signed into your account, click on the MY ACCOUNT tab.
- Click on the link to "Transfer" under the heading "My Tickets."
- Next, choose the sport, game and ticket(s) you want to transfer.
- Fill in the mobile number of the person you are transferring to and then click “Transfer”.
- The recipient has 48 hours to claim the tickets and accept the transfer. Once the tickets are accepted, rejected or unclaimed you will receive an email. When the tickets are accepted by the recipient, the season ticket holder should destroy the original tickets as their barcode has been voided.
Share tickets on short notice: The entire transfer (offer and acceptance) must be completed no later than one hour prior to game time.
Fill the House: Support the Horned Frogs -- even if you’re away -- by sharing the game day experience with friends and family.
There’s no need to stand in Will Call lines with the TCU Athletics simple ticket transfer program. Ticket Transfer recipients receive an email that includes a link to accept the transfer. The subject line of the email will say "Ticket Transfer Invitation." Once you find and open this email, click on the link to proceed.
- Enter your email address in the appropriate field and click "Accept."
- Next, sign into your TCU account using your customer number and password. You may need to click the "Register Now" link if you have never used the online system before.
- Transferred Tickets - You will then receive a text containing your transferred ticket(s). Simply download the ticket(s) into Apple Wallet or Google Pay on your mobile phone.
- Shared Tickets - You will then receive an email containing your transferred ticket(s) attached in the form of a "Print-at-Home" PDF document. Open this email and print out your ticket(s).
