The ticket office will be open normal business hours for a weekday game and close at the beginning of the second half. The main ticket office in Schollmaier Arena will open 60 minutes prior to tip-off for weekend games. |

| Season Ticket Information
Renewals Season ticket renewal forms will be mailed out to last year's season ticket holders in August. Returning season ticket holders will have first priority to retain their same seats as long as payment is received by the deadline due date. Renewal applications not received by this date will be considered late and are subject to seat relocation. Full payment must be received for all season tickets ordered. The person listed on the account must make payment and payment will not be accepted if paid by other persons. Upgrades 1. Upgrades are based on current fans releasing their seats. | Group Tickets/Birthday Packages
- Birthday and Team Packages 
TCU offers special discounts for groups of 20 or more who are interested in attending a TCU Athletics event. If you are part of a company, organization, church or other large group, we invite you to join us for a fun group outing at one of our home games. To receive tickets by mail, orders must be placed at least seven (7) business days prior to the game. Orders placed after the seven day deadline may be picked up at Will Call with a photo ID on or before the day of the game. Group tickets must be ordered 48 hours in advance of the event and these prices are not available at the ticket window on the day of the game. | Away Game Tickets
Tickets for away games must be ordered from the host institution. The TCU Athletics Ticket Office does not receive tickets for away games. |
| TCU Student and Faculty/Staff General Admission Tickets
All TCU students are admitted FREE to regular season men's basketball games. Each student must present a valid TCU student ID card at the Schollmaier Arena student entrance for admission. Tickets are not needed. Just show your TCU student ID for admittance. All student sections are general admission. Admission is based on a first-come, first-serve basis, so seating is based on availability. All TCU faculty and staff who purchased a General Admission season pass must present the pass for each person entering Schollmaier Arena. Seating is general admission and based on availability. TCU student ID cards are not valid for Conference or NCAA Championship related events. |
