Changes to the South End Zone Seating
• Beginning with the 2017 season, the South End Zone will be Reserved seating instead of General Admission.
• Fans with season tickets in this area during the 2016 season, that renew season tickets for 2017, will be assigned an upgrade date and time to select a new reserved seat location anywhere in the stadium (including the South End Zone) based on availability and priority points ranking.
• Seats in the South End Zone sections will be available for all fans to select as an upgrade based on priority points ranking.
Season Ticket and/or Donor Parking Changes/Upgrades
• All current season ticket and donor parking holders will have an option to review and possibly change their seats and/or parking based on availability and their April Horned Frog Priority Points ranking.
• Even if you are interested in making a change, you must first pay to renew your current seats or parking space prior to the renewal deadline.
• Please mark the "change/upgrade" box when renewing either online or on the bottom of the paper renewal form you received. You will not be obligated to make any changes, but will be included in the opportunity to review options.
• Each person that requested this option will receive an email with a personal selection date and time to review and select new locations using the Ballena online system used in the past. This process will begin in April.
• You may only change/upgrade the same quantity of tickets or donor parking that was renewed. Additional tickets or parking cannot be purchased during this time.
• While reviewing seat and parking availability, you may keep your current location or change/upgrade your current location. If you change locations you will be required to pay the difference upon checkout. If the new location is less than previous location, a refund will be applied to your account.
New Season Ticket and/or Donor Parking (Wait List)
• If you wish to purchase new or extra season tickets and/or donor parking, please be sure to contact the ticket office or go online and add your name to the wait list.
• Based on availability, everyone on the wait list will have an opportunity to select seats or parking after the renewal and upgrade period has been completed for existing season ticket holders.

• Non-conference single game tickets will go on sale in September. • Big 12 conference single game tickets will go on sale in late September. • Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets will only be sold after all reserved seats are sold out.
