"Neither Hell or high water will stop this Fandango!" was the quote made after the 4th of July flood. As many of you will remember, last years Fandango was a game time decision. There was a massive flood on July 4th weekend. Who could forget the sights of houses moving down stream or water raging over Canyon Lake Dam. With all of the adversity, it was the largest Floating Frog Fandango yet!
Everyone enjoyed the Rockin R bus ride through town. As usual, the day was hot on the Comal River. The beverages were cold and the camaraderie was terrific. After the trip, everyone enjoyed Marsh's famous bbq. Later that evening, a handful of Fandango party goers closed down Gruene Hall and one was seen dancing on the tables! Big John was defiantly All-SWC that night.J
Please note that we will be meeting at Rockin R on Gruene Road. This is where we usually get in the Guadalupe. They have built a nice party facility to accommodate functions like ours. So, get ready to Fandango! There's no better way to beat this Texas heat and relax with your friends. Pack your ice chest (no glass), put on some sunscreen, and get ready for a great day...New Braunfels style.

Directions to Rockin R Main Location in Gruene:
- I 35 to exit#186 (46 west) Loop 337
- Turn west on Loop 337 toward Boene
- Go 2.3 miles and cross the Guadalupe River
- Take Gruene Road Exit and turn right at the stop sign
- Rockin R River Rides 1 mile on the right
- Parking will be $4.00 at the gate
