Amber Buehler arrives as a non-scholarship athlete for the 2001 season. She is very athletic and it is hoped that she can help the Frogs on defense.
Amber Buehler arrives as a non-scholarship athlete for the 2001 season. She is very athletic and it is hoped that she can help the Frogs on defense.
High School
Buehler played for Shannon Garner at Zalma High School. She was co-captain her sophomore year, and captain her last two seasons. Buehler was named to All-Conference, All-District first team and Woodland All-Tournament teams her junior and senior years. She was given the Serving Award her junior season and the Offensive Award her senior year by her teammates. Also a champion in the classroom, Buehler was named Academic All-State her junior year, and was also named a National Scholar Athlete, Coca-Cola Scholar and valedictorian of her class.
Personal
Buehler was born on Nov. 11, 1982. Buehler is the daughter of David and Kim Buehler. She will possibly major in pre-med at TCU.
