Fifth year looks to build off 2025 season
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – After establishing himself as a dependable target, TCU wide receiver Jordan Dwyer has been named to the 2026 Biletnikoff Award Preseason Watch List, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation announced on Wednesday.
Â
The Biletnikoff Award annually recognizes the college football season's outstanding FBS receiver. Any player, regardless of position (wide receiver, tight end, slot back, and running back) who catches a pass is eligible for the award.
Â
In his first season with TCU as a transfer from Idaho, Dwyer played and started every regular season game for the Horned Frogs. He totaled 730 yards on 54 receptions, along with seven touchdowns.
Â
This is the second preseason accolade for the Puyallup, Washington, native, previously being named to the Sports Info Solutions Preseason All-Big 12 Second Team.
Â
The Biletnikoff Award's semifinalists, three finalists, and award recipient are selected by the highly distinguished Biletnikoff Award National Selection Committee, a group of 625 prominent college football journalists, commentators, announcers, Biletnikoff Award winners, and other former receivers. Foundation trustees do not vote and have never voted.Â
