
TCU Scores Win Over UTEP In Home Finale

Passmore shoots career-high aggregate score
FORT WORTH – No. 4 TCU fired a team aggregate score of 4,736 en route to a win over UTEP (4,705) in its finale home match of the season Saturday. The Horned Frogs shot a 2,354 in smallbore and a 2,382 in air rifle.
Rylie Passmore led all shooters with a career-high 1,189 aggregate score. She matched her career-high in smallbore (592) and air rifle (597) in the match. At the conclusion of the match, the Frogs posted eight of the top 10 aggregate marks. Katie Zaun was second with a mark of 1,185. Christina Hillinger (1,184) and Marissa Fedora (1,181) rounded out the top 5.
Alexandra Rosenlew finished sixth with a 1,181, followed by Mikole Hogan (1,180) and Ziva Swick (1,177). Brooklyn Reames contributed a career-high 1,176 to finish 10th.
In smallbore, TCU shot eight of the top 10 marks. Passmore's 592 lead all shooters. Rosenlew contributed a 588 to finish fourth, followed by identical marks of 587 from Fedora and Zaun. Hogan finished eighth with a 584.
While not factoring into the team score, Hillinger fired a career-high 590. Reames finished ninth among all shooters with a career-high 583.
All 11 of TCU's shooters fired a 590 or better in air rifle as the Frogs recorded nine of the top 10 scores. Zaun led all shooters with a 598. Also contributing to the team score was Hogan's 596, a 595 from Fedora and a 594 from Hillinger.
TCU will head to Fort Wayne, Ind. next weekend for the PRC Championships. The Horned Frogs are seeking their eighth conference championships. Six teams will compete in smallbore on Saturday before wrapping up competition on Sunday with air rifle.
