Hudson Wilt turns in best scorecard for the Frogs
STANFORD, Calif. – Hudson Wilt's season-best round led the Horned Frogs as The Goodwin began Thursday at the Stanford Golf Course.
The freshman made five birdies to shoot 2-under 68 which was his best score vs. par and round score this season. Competing as an individual, Wilt is tied for ninth place.
Joe Pagdin, Scott Roden and Toby Wilt shot even-par 70 and are tied for 30th place. Jack Beauchamp and Charlie Wylie are tied for 73rd after shooting 3-over 73.
As a team, TCU shot 3-over 283 and is tied for 12th among the 30-team field. The Horned Frogs will begin the second round at 9 a.m. CT on hole No. 1.
