TCU has now scored in 414 consecutive games, the second longest streak in NCAA history - trailing only Florida (467).
TCU is now 60-54-7 all time against Baylor in Texas' most-played college football rivalry.
TCU allowed a first quarter touchdown for just the second time this season, the only other being by North Carolina in the season opener.
The Horned Frogs were held scoreless in the first quarter for the third consecutive game.
