Senior ties for 48th in seventh NCAA Tournament start
BRYAN, Texas – Lois Lau wrote the final chapter four-year TCU tenure, tying for 48th at 12-over (228) at the NCAA Bryan Regional.
Lau shot a two-over 74 in round three, her low round score for the tournament. She was plus-one on both the front nine and back nine.
The lone TCU senior in 2023-24, Lau carded five birdies over the course of her three-day stay at the Traditions Golf Club on the campus of Texas A&M. The quintet of birdies augmented her TCU career record to 389.
Lau departs TCU ranked in the top-five in six individual program records, including par or better rounds (2nd, 52) low round (T-2nd, 64) and low-54 hole total (3rd, 202).
Over the course of her stay in Fort Worth, Lau was a three-time medalist, notched 10 top-10 finishes and cracked the top-20 of the leaderboard 21 times. She started all 43 possible team tournaments from 2020-24.
