TCU To Unveil Special Jerseys

Sunday’s game will be played in special Ranas Cornudas jerseys
FORT WORTH – For Sunday's baseball game against Kansas State, the squad will wear special Ranas Cornudas jerseys created by Nike. Gear featuring the Ranas Cornudas logo, debuted during the 2023 campaign, will be sold during the game.
History of Ranas Cornudas
Inspired by Minor League Baseball's Copa de La Diversión, the Ranas Cornudas logo was created with the assistance of TCU's International Service Office. When developing the idea, it was decided to focus on the native language of Spanish shared by all of Latin America. La rana (the frog) came to mind from the Loteria game and Ranas Cornudas came to be the best name.
"When we were brainstorming for colors and designs, we wanted colors to be inclusive to all of Latin America," said Paloma Bermudez, Assistant Director – International Services Office. "Whenever you see vibrant colors of the Ranas Cornudas logo, let it be a reminder of a FIESTA, and in this FIESTA, we are celebrating the unique culture, unity and traditions from all over Latin America."
Merchandise
The official Ranas Cornudas collection will include t-shirts and a hoodie from Nike and Original Retro Brand. Fans in attendance at the TCU-Kansas State game, which is set for a 1 p.m. first pitch, will have the first opportunity to buy the new gear. Merchandise will also be available starting Monday, April 29 at the TCU Campus Store, shop.gofrogs.com and local retailers.
