TCU punter was key in the win at Cincinnati
IRVING, Texas -- TCU punter Ethan Craw has been named the Co-Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance in Saturday's 20-13 win at Cincinnati.
Playing in cold and snowy conditions, Craw was key in the field position game. He placed four of his five punts inside the 20, including at the 6, 5 and 3-yard lines. The punt downed at the 3 came in the final minute of the contest with TCU leading 20-13. He averaged 47.4 yards for the game with a 65-yard boot for TCU's longest punt since 2014. He also had a 55-yard effort.
A native of Tasmania, Australia, Craw has a 42.3 season average with 17 punts inside the 20 and just three touchbacks.
