Frogs Conclude Arizona NIT with Best Round

Frimodt leads TCU in the desert
TUCSON, Ariz. – TCU men's golf saved its best round for last as it shot 10-under 278 in the final round of the Arizona NIT Tuesday at the Catalina Course at Omni Tucson National.
The Horned Frogs finished 17th at even-par 864.
Gustav Frimodt shot his second sub-70 round at 4-under 68 to finish in a tie for 46th place at 4-under 212.
Jack Beauchamp also shot 4-under 68, his best round of the tournament. He finished at 2-under 214 and tied for 56th place.
Also going under 70 was freshman Andrew Petruzzelli with a final round score of 3-under 69. Petruzzelli finished 6-over 222 and tied for 83rd place. Toby Wilt was 4-over 220 and tied for 79th.
The Horned Frogs will next compete at the Southern Highlands Collegiate, Feb. 25-27 in Las Vegas, Nev.
