TCU Announces 2023 Volleyball Schedule

TCU faces 14 NCAA Tournament teams from 2022
FORT WORTH – TCU head coach Jason Williams has announced the 2023 volleyball schedule. The Horned Frogs will play a 30-match regular season schedule featuring 13 home matches at Ed and Rae Schollmaier Arena.
The Horned Frogs are scheduled to face off against 14 2022 NCAA Tournament teams, including 2022 National Champion Texas and Sweet 16 participants Baylor, Houston and Wisconsin.
TCU kicks off its season at the annual Big Ten / Big 12 Challenge in Minneapolis, facing Minnesota on Aug. 25 and Wisconsin on Aug. 26.
The Frogs continue their non-conference slate in Myrtle Beach, S.C., as they take on Coastal Carolina (Aug. 31), Georgia (Sept. 1) and North Florida (Sept. 2). TCU's final road non-conference tournament has the Frogs traveling to College Station, Texas, to face UNI (Sept. 7), Utah State (Sept. 8) and Texas A&M (Sept. 9).
TCU welcomes Hawaii (Sept. 14), Florida State (Sept. 15) and Western Carolina (Sept. 16) in Schollmaier Arena for its final non-conference matches.
TCU kicks off Big 12 play traveling to Manhattan, Kan, for a two-day series Sept. 21-22. The Frogs then host four consecutive matches, welcoming Texas Tech (Sept. 28-29) and Cincinnati (Oct. 6-7).
Next, the Frogs travel to Oklahoma (Oct. 11) and West Virginia (Oct. 14) before hosting Texas on Oct. 18 and Kansas on Oct. 21. TCU heads to Orlando, Fla., for two matches against Central Florida (Oct. 26-27) before Iowa State comes to Schollmaier Arena on Nov. 3-4.
TCU makes the short drive down I-35 for two matches at Baylor on Nov. 10-11 before its final road match of the regular season against Houston on Nov. 15. The Frogs host a non-conference match against High Point (Nov. 21) and wrap up the regular season against BYU (Nov. 25).
TCU's 2022 season went down as one of the best in program history. The Frogs racked up a program-best 11 Big 12 wins and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2016. The Frogs defeated Washington in the opening round to secure their third NCAA Tournament victory in program history.
In addition to finishing third in the Big 12 (16-10, 11-5), Audrey Nalls and Callie Williams earned First Team All-Big 12 honors. Nalls was also named AVCA All-Southwest Region after being the lone Big 12 player to earn Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week four times last year.
