RALEIGH, N.C. – The TCU women's golf team will compete at the NCAA Regional beginning Monday at 7:55 a.m. CT. in Raleigh, N.C.
The three-day tournament will be played at Lonnie Poole Golf Course in Raleigh, N.C. and consist of 18 holes Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The top five teams and the low individual not on a qualifying team after three rounds will advance to the NCAA Championships, held May 19-24, at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.
THE COURSE – Lonnie Poole Golf Course – Par 72 – 6,324 yards
Opened in the summer of 2009, the Lonnie Poole Golf Course has been the home of both men's and women's golf teams at NC State. The $11.6 million facility offers not just a multipurpose golf course, but also a research center and clubhouse. Designed by legendary golfer Arnold Palmer, the course was rated as a top-10 Arnold Palmer design in 2018. The course offers a variety of low-lying areas as well as fairways that extend with rolling hills, while the skyline of Raleigh and the NC State campus reach above the trees.
