
Morris Concludes Season at NCAA Championships

Morris qualified for the second consecutive year.
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Gracie Morris represented TCU at the NCAA Cross Country Championships on Saturday morning at Panorama Farms.
Morris did not finish the women's 6K due to injury. She ran the first three kilometers and recorded a split of 10:08.5, good for 125th at the time, before she had to stop competing.
A rockstar for the Horned Frogs all season, Morris earned her second trip to the NCAA Cross Country Championships after she placed eighth overall at the NCAA South Central Regional with her time of 20:33.7.
She led the Horned Frogs at the 2023 Big 12 Cross Country Championships where she placed 22nd overall with her 6K time of 20:33.6. She also notched a personal-best in the 6K earlier this season at the Arturo Barrios Invitational where she placed sixth (19:49.4).
