Horned Frogs drop game at K-State

Team Notes
*Since 2019, TCU's Sonny Dykes ranks No. 1 in the state of Texas for winning percentage (.724, 42-16) by an active FBS head coach with at least one season completed.
*TCU is 11-3 in Big 12 regular-season games under Dykes.
*TCU is 7-2 in road games under Dykes.
*TCU played outside the state of Texas for just the second time in its eight games this season.
*TCU scored for the 390th consecutive game, the second-longest streak in NCAA history. No. 1 is Florida at 443 games (1988-present). The Horned Frogs haven't been blanked since Nov. 16, 1991, at Texas (32-0).
*TCU wore a white helmet, white jersey and black pants.

Offense
*Emani Bailey reached 100 yards for the fifth time this season with 100 on 12 carries.
*Redshirt freshman quarterback Josh Hoover made his second collegiate start and completed 23-of-43 passes for 187 yards.
*Chase Curtis had a career-high four catches for 20 yards.
*JP Richardson had three receptions for 21 yards. He has at least one catch in his last 23 games, the longest streak on the team.
*Dylan Wright's three receptions for 31 yards equaled his most as a Horned Frog.
Defense
*Namdi Obiazor had a career-high and team-best 13 tackles, including a sack. His previous best was 11 against SMU earlier this season.
*Obiazor's 13 tackles were the most by a Horned Frog since Jamoi Hodge had 13 at West Virginia last season.
*Millard Bradford had nine stops.
Special Teams
*Griffin Kell's 32-yard field goal was his fourth straight make. He is 11-of-17 on the season and is donating $20 to Fort Worth's Hope Center for Autism for every made kick. With his 11 field goals, he's at $220.
*Jordy Sandy had two punts fair caught inside the 20. He is donating $20 to Fort Worth's Hope Center for Autism for each punt inside the 20. He has six this season and is at $120 in donations.
*Sandy averaged 46.0 yards on five punts.
