Two Horned Frogs bring home the MOPs
FORT WORTH – The No. 4- ranked TCU equestrian team dominated top-ranked No. 1 in NCEA Single Discipline, Sweet Briar, 9-1, Saturday afternoon at Diamond Creek Ranch. Two Horned Frogs claim the Most Outstanding Performer awards on the day and Isabella Baxter ties her career high in Fences.
THE RUNDOWN
TCU (9-5, 3-3 Big 12) opened the day with a 5-0 sweep win in Fences making it the fourth sweep of the season for the unit. Graduate Student, Raegan Rast started it off with a 74-71 win on Van. Sydney Berube dominated on Pancake carding an 84 and Freshamn, Emy Lucibello secured the third point for the Horned Frogs 78-68 on Connor. Isabella Baxter ties her career high and beats her season high with a 90 on Will. Ashleigh Scully rounded out the event with an 82-70 win on Henry.
In Flat, TCU outscored their opponent 4-1 for the fourth straight time this season. Wynne Weatherly came out of the gate strong for TCU as she scored an 83.5 on Lui and claimed the MOP for the event. Sydnie Young claimed her third win of the season in Flat as she rode Lina to a 75.5 outscoring her Vixen opponent by 5.5 points. Ashleigh Scully goes 2-0 on the day and rounds up the event with an 80-71.5 win on Mo.

The Horned Frogs will be back in action March 25 and 26 as they host the Big 12 Championship at Diamond Creek Ranch.
