Gums Leads Horned Frogs in Round Two

TCU begins the final round at 8 a.m.

CARROLLTON, Texas – Senior Justin Gums led the TCU men's golf team in the second round of the Maridoe Collegiate Invitational Tuesday at Maridoe Golf Club.

Battling some spotty rain showers and a talented field, Gums shot 3-over 75 for the second-straight day. He is 6-over 150 for the tournament and is tied for 30^th place.

The Horned Frogs shot 27-over 315 and are in 13^th place. In a field that includes five of the nation's top 10 teams, No. 3 Arizona State (E) is in first place.

TCU will begin the final round at 8 a.m. on Wednesday.
