Round two beings Monday morning
DALLAS – Sophomore Mateo Fernández de Oliveira is tied for fourth place after the first round of the Trinity Forest Invitational Sunday in Dallas.
Mateo Fernández de Oliveira shot even-par 71 and is four strokes back of SMU's Noah Goodwin, who leads the tournament at 4-under 67.
Sophomore Gustav Frimodt shot 3-overr 74 and is tied for 32nd place and sophomore Jacob Skov Olesen is 4-over 75 and tied for 47th.
As a team, TCU is tied for 11th with UT Arlington and Louisville after shooting 14-over 298. No. 13 ranked SMU leads the tournament after shooting even-par 284.
The Horned Frogs are back at Trinity Forest Golf Club for round two beginning at 9:15 a.m.
