McAllister Named October NCEA Rider of the Month

Sophomore earns the honor in Horsemanship
WACO, Texas – TCU equestrian's Jessica McAllister was named the NCEA Horsemanship Rider of the Month, the association announced on Wednesday.
McAllister is undefeated (7-0) in Horsemanship on the season, has earned three MOP awards and has surpassed her career high score in the event with a 79.5 against No. 3 Oklahoma State on Oct. 23. The sophomore becomes the first Horned Frog to receive NCEA Rider of the Month honors this season.
"Jessica is very deserving of this recognition," Director of Equestrian Haley Schoolfield said. "Her success is directly related to her work ethic and commitment to being her best."
McAllister and the Frogs are only two days away from a Big 12 matchup against No. 3 Baylor which will take place at Diamond Creek Ranch at 10 a.m.
