Team Notes
* TCU head coach Gary Patterson has now taken part in 200 wins as a Horned Frog. He has 175 victories as a head coach, while TCU won 25 games with him as defensive coordinator (1998-00).
* With wins over Texas, Baylor and Texas Tech, TCU finished 3-0 this season against in-state Big 12 opponents.
* TCU led 10-3 at halftime and is 140-19 when ahead at the break under Patterson.
* TCU is 119-26 under Patterson when scoring first.
* The Horned Frogs ran for 270 yards and are now 98-8 under Patterson when rushing for at least 200 yards.
* TCU had a 34:32 to 25:28 edge in time of possession and are 129-33 under Patterson when leading in that category.
* TCU's five sacks equaled a season high set last week at Baylor.
* The Horned Frogs have at least one sack in 84 of their last 88 games.
* TCU scored for the 351st consecutive game. It's the nation's second-longest current streak and fourth all-time in NCAA history. The Horned Frogs haven't been blanked since Nov. 16, 1991, at Texas (32-0).
* For a fifth straight game, TCU's team captains were Taye Barber, Max Duggan, Trevon Moehrig and Garret Wallow. Wallow has been on the field for the coin toss in all six contests this season.
* TCU wore a white helmet, black jersey and white pants.
Individual Notes
Offense
* Max Duggan's 81-yard touchdown run was the longest by a quarterback in TCU history and tied for 10th-longest overall.
* Duggan rushed for a career-high and team-best 154 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries. He had scoring runs of 81, 3 and 48 yards and leads TCU with six rushing scores on the season.
* Duggan is the first Horned Frog with three rushing touchdowns in a game since Darius Anderson in a 44-31 win at No. 6 Oklahoma State in 2017.
* Duggan's 154 yards rushing were the most by a Horned Frog since Anderson had 161 against SMU last season.
* An interception by Duggan on TCU's first play from scrimmage snapped his streak of 127 consecutive pass attempts without a pick. It was the sixth-longest active streak in the nation.
* Carter Ware had a 7-yard catch for his first reception of the season.
* True freshman wide receiver Quentin Johnston had a 2-yard touchdown run on his first career carry.
* Darwin Barlow's 63 yards rushing on 11 carries marked the second-best total of his career, trailing only the 117 he ran for last week at Baylor.
Defense
* Ochaun Mathis had three sacks, including two on Texas Tech's opening two possessions. His 3.0 sacks top his previous best of 1.5 against Baylor last season. He now has a team-high 4.0 sacks on the season.
* Earl Barquet, playing in just his second career game, had a sack for the second straight contest.
* True freshman Patrick Jenkins recorded his first career sack on his first career tackle. He finished with four stops.
* Trevon Moehrig had his first interception of the season. His six career picks top all current Horned Frogs.
* Ar'Darius Washington totaled a season-best seven tackles.
* Dee Winters had 2.5 tackles for loss as part of seven stops, one shy of a career high.
* Cornerback C.J. Ceasar II made his first career start.
Special Teams
* Ben Wilson blocked a punt for the second straight game. Before last week's contest at Baylor, TCU's last punt block was by Garrett Kaufman in the 2016 Alamo Bowl.
* Carter Ware also blocked a punt.
* Griffin Kell had field goals of 43 and 37 yards and is now 8-of-12 on the season and 11-of-16 in his career.
* Derius Davis totaled 103 yards on four punt returns with a long of 50.
