Team Notes
* TCU played its first game this season outside the state of Texas.
* The Horned Frogs fell to 2-1 on the road in 2020.
* TCU is 21-19 on the road in its Big 12 history.
* A 52-yard completion from Max Duggan to Emari Demercado was TCU's longest pass play of the season.
* TCU scored for the 352nd consecutive game. It's the nation's second-longest current streak and fourth all-time in NCAA history. The Horned Frogs haven't been blanked since Nov. 16, 1991, at Texas (32-0).
* Sacks by Earl Barquet and Parker Workman gave the Horned Frogs at least one sack in 85 of their last 89 games.
* For a sixth straight game, TCU's team captains were Taye Barber, Max Duggan, Trevon Moehrig and Garret Wallow. Wallow has been on the field for the coin toss in all seven contests this season.
* TCU wore a purple helmet, white jersey and purple pants.
Individual Notes
Offense
* True freshman running back Kendre Miller made his first career start and led TCU in rushing with 58 yards on eight carries.
* Kellton Hollins made first start at right guard. His first 11 career starts were at center.
* Taye Barber had three receptions for 39 yards, extending his streak to 12 consecutive games with a catch.
* Emari Demercado had a team-best four receptions for 66 yards.
Defense
* Trevon Moehrig and Garret Wallow tied for team-high honors with 10 tackles each.
* Moehrig's 10 stops represented a career high.
* Wallow was in double figures in tackles for the third time in the last five games and 13th time in his career.
* Khari Coleman had two tackles for loss, giving him at least one stop for negative yards for the fifth time in his six games this season. His team-best 9.5 tackles for loss on the season top all freshmen nationally.
* Earl Barquet recorded a sack for the third consecutive game, marking every contest he's played in his TCU career.
* Tre'Vius Hodges-Tomlinson tied a career high, set on two previous occasions, with three pass breakups.
* Parker Workman had his second sack of the campaign.
Special Teams
* Griffin Kell had a pair of 32-yard field goals to make him 10-of-14 on the season.
* Jordy Sandy placed two punts inside the 10-yard line, including one at the 1, giving him eight punts inside the 10 this season.
