TCU – KANSAS STATE POSTGAME NOTES
TCU 14, K- STATE 21

Team Notes
* TCU scored for the 348th consecutive game. It's the nation's second-longest current streak and fourth all-time in NCAA history. The Horned Frogs haven't been blanked since Nov. 16, 1991, at Texas (32-0).
* TCU had sacks by Corey Bethley and Ochaun Mathis on consecutive plays in the fourth quarter. The Horned Frogs have at least one sack in 81 of their last 85 games.
* Eleven Horned Frogs combined for the team's 19 receptions.
* For a second straight game, TCU's team captains were Taye Barber, Max Duggan, Trevon Moehrig and Garret Wallow. Wallow has been on the field for the coin toss in all three games this season.
* TCU wore a purple helmet, anthracite jerseys and anthracite pants.
* TCU is 89-26 in home games at Amon G. Carter Stadium during Gary Patterson's 20 seasons as head coach.
Individual Notes
Offense
* Darwin Barlow made his first career start and had two rushes for 36 yards on the game's opening two plays, including a career-long 28-yard gain on his second carry.
* Barlow had a career-high 56 yards rushing on eight carries. His previous best was 51 yards versus Kansas last season.
* Barlow had a scoring run for the second straight game with a 7-yard carry in the first quarter to give TCU a 7-3 lead. It was his third career rushing touchdown.
* Blair Conwright had a career high and team-best six catches for 60 yards.
* Daimarqua Foster had a career-best four receptions for 29 yards.
* Max Duggan had his first career reception on a pass from JD Spielman.
Defense
* Garret Wallow had a team-best 10 stops, including two for loss, for his first double-digit tackle game of the season and 11th of his career.
* Josh Foster had his first career interception on K-State's opening possession of the second half.
* La'Kendrick Van Zandt had two pass breakups.
* True freshman defensive end Khari Coleman made his second consecutive start and had a tackle for loss for the second straight game.
* Corey Bethley recorded his first sack of the season to give him 9.5 in his career, the most among current Horned Frogs.
* Ochaun Mathis had his first sack of the season on the next snap after Bethley's sack. He has 3.5 sacks in his career.
* Noah Daniels had a career-high seven tackles, all solo, with one for loss and a pass breakup.
Special Teams
* Jordy Sandy had punts downed at the K-State 2- and 9-yard lines, giving him eight punts in 17 attempts this season to go inside the 20 with four inside the 10.
* Sandy tied a career long with a 55-yard boot.
