Collins Earns Big 12 Honor

TCU has been honored a league-high three times
FORT WORTH – TCU women's soccer athlete Grace Collins has been named the Big 12 Newcomer of the Week for her performance in helping the Horned Frogs to a pair of wins last week. The honor is already the third of the season for TCU.
Collins became the second consecutive Horned Frog to earn the Freshman of the Week title after she netted two goals and added an assist. She led all Big 12 freshmen with five points over the weekend.
She joins Emily Alvarado (Defensive Player of the Week, Sept. 3) and Gracie Brian (Freshman of the Week, Sept. 3) as TCU's honorees this season. The Horned Frogs lead the Big 12 with three weekly award winners.
