
Kennedy, Pearson Sign with TCU

Dixon adds two more to 2019-20 class
FORT WORTH, Texas – TCU head coach Jamie Dixon announced the signing of Keonte Kennedy and Mickey Pearson Jr. to the 2019-20 incoming class.
Kennedy is a 6-5 guard who played his freshman season at Xavier. Originally from Aurora, Colo., Kennedy starred for Westlake High School in Austin, Texas, averaging 14.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.5 steals per game as a senior. While at Westlake, Kennedy was First Team All-District 25, 6A Regional Defensive MVP and District 25-6A Academic All-District as a senior and Third Team All-State as a junior. He earned a four-star rating from ESPN.com and was ranked as the No. 25 shooting guard in the nation.
Pearson is a 6-8 forward from Lincoln, Ala. who played last season at Hargrave Military. He averaged 25.5 points, 11.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.5 blocks during the 2017-18 season at John Hardin High School in Kentucky. Pearson is a three-star recruit according to 247Sports.com and is listed as the 16th best player in the state of Kentucky.
Kennedy and Pearson join fall signees Francisco Farabello, PJ Fuller and Diante Smith as members of next season's incoming class.
